The MoniTorr upgrade adds remote monitoring, power consumption monitoring, and override control with the capability to remotely stop the process in case of anomalies.
Building on all of MoniTorr's features, the MoniTorr+ upgrade further enhances the system with mass estimates of the water content in the product. Options for this upgrade include thermodynamic models and/or load cell sensors for real-time water mass estraction estimates.
Incorporating all the features of MoniTorr+ and MoniTorr, the MoniTorr++ upgrade integrates advanced imaging sensors to further enhance moisture detection and water extraction estimates. This provides a highly accurate real-time measurement of water mass in the product, improving the precision of the freeze-drying process.
The ConTorroler upgrade provides a more powerful computation platform, featuring a Single-Board Computer (SBC) for enhanced control over the LPS (Lyophilization Positioning System), water mass estimates, power consumption sensing, and the PID system for constant power delivery. This upgrade ensures smooth and efficient process control.
Building on all the features of the ConTorroler upgrade, ConTorroler+ incorporates load cell sensors to provide even more accurate water mass extraction estimates. This real-time feedback enhances process control by delivering precise measurements of water being removed during lyophilization.
Incorporating all the features of ConTorroler and ConTorroler+, the ConTorroler++ upgrade takes accuracy to the next level by adding imaging sensors to further refine water mass and extraction estimates. These sensors provide unparalleled precision in tracking water content during the process, ensuring optimal freeze-drying results.
